I gave myself a deadline for any day from December 1st to before Christmas day, and I managed to finish and publish this short on my YouTube on the 18th. I wanted to this specific short video mainly as a way to celebrate the holidays, but mostly because Woody is voiced by the same guy who plays The Conductor from The Polar Express (Tom Hanks) and I wanted to see what it would look like if Woody, and the three eyed Alien from the Pixar film Toy Story, recreated a scene from that movie.
But looking back on the process of animating this video however, is the way the mouth movements look when I try animating Woody, I was always making sure he looks natural when looking and talking and using any emotion you'd see from an actual movie, let alone an animated movie. For the time, if I knew there was problems if the way the characters look, I always look all through the different frames to see the what the problems are and try to fix them. But in the end, looking at this video and knowing a few people like it, I'm quite happy with the results.
